You can return full priced items for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following items are NOT eligable for return: Jewellery, headwear, clearance items & gift cards


  • Be received by the times specified above.
  • Be unwarn & in the same condition you received them (items worn cannot be returned)
  • Have no fake tan or make up marks
  • No smell of perfumes, deoderants or washing powders etc.
  • Have all original labels and swing tags attached.

We thoroughly inspect all items returned, items which fail to comply will be returned back to the purchaser at their expense.

Please print & complete the form below (same as the one sent with your order) and enclose it with the item/s you are returning. You do not need to notify us before you are returning any items.

The returns form & goods must be returned to the following address and receipted by us before we are able to issue you with your store credit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense, we do not refund or credit the cost of your return postage.

Once we receive your item/s & subject to the conditions above, we will issue you with a store credit via email, covering the cost of the item paid, excluding all shipping charges.

You will be sent your store credit within 3 business days of receiving the items. Should the items still be available in your required size, you can purchase with your store credit.

Unfortunately we cannot hold items for exchange while your item is returned.

We suggest you take note of your tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier.

Clearance items, Jewellery & gift cards are not eligible for return.

Once we receive your return, we will process within 2-4 business days. Your store credit (via email) will be sent to the email address listed on your order.

 Please note: Return shipping is at the customers expense, please obtain a copy of your return tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Your store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and cannot be extended.

We do not offer exchanges, so we recommend using your store credit to purchase another size.
